First Post
This is the first post of my new blog. I had one before about our journey to get to where we are now, but failed miserably at keeping it up to date. I want this blog to be my way of remembering all the little things that happen in our lives as a family.
Background:
M and I got married way back in July 0f 1999 after dating since July of 1994. We were high school sweethearts and we stuck it out through college. M went away to school and it was hard, but we made it through. After we got married we wanted to wait a year before adding to our family.
Well, what we thought would be one year to ourselves turned into eight years. The day after our eighth wedding anniversary we went to the hospital for a planned c-section. At 10:20am an eight pound eleven ounce, twenty one inch miracle was delivered and we became THREE at last!
We are so happy to have MJ in our lives. He is a blessing to us each and every day! God had a plan for us by making us wait......we are thankful that His timing was finally right!
